Our grandfather, Giuseppe Lelli, starts the production of olive oil and grappaAfter the war, and the economic migrations, our grandfather acquired ten hectares on which he planted many olive trees, vines, fruit trees and vegetables. Production of olive oil, grappa, herds of goats, he was almost self-sufficient on his land and cultivated without pesticides or fertilizers, in the respect of the know-how and the living.

We meet Adriano Zago and create the Tenuta LelliAfter the death of our grandfather and the division of his estate, we went in search of land to take over and perpetuate the cultural heritage he left us. Our meeting with Adriano Zago, a talented and passionate oenologist, gave birth to the project. We share a similar vision of wine and the reasons for our approach convinced him to lead the adventure with us.

First vintage Tenuta LELLIIn early 2019, our first vintage, the 2017 vintage, goes on sale 2 years after the harvest.
