As a result of our collaboration with a biodynamic estate, we are creating our first white wine.
Made from the grapes of this estate, hand-picked and sorted on the vine and on the table, then vinified in our cellars, this cuvée, based on vermentino, is worked in pellicular maceration in amphora.
